About Us

Pinnacle Grant Consulting is a single-member Oregon Limited Liability Company headquartered in Canyon City, Oregon. The firm was founded in September 2022 by Haley Walker, who recognized the opportunity to provide support to rural municipalities navigating, administering, and managing the often complicated federal and state grant programs. Pinnacle Grant Consulting was established to provide grant management and administration to government entities to reduce recipient liability due to lack of time, knowledge, and expertise in relation to grant recipient requirements and assurances. We accomplish this by being involved in the grant lifecycle with all parties from project inception to securing funding and through project closeout. We partner with grant recipients, grant funding agencies, and project consultants and engineers on capital projects by overseeing and managing the grant which includes identifying funding sources; monitoring grant implementation; reporting; adherence to grant requirements; document preparation, explanation, and execution; and grant and project closeout. We help our clients achieve successful improvements for their local communities and customers through grant funding by ensuring the local responsibilities and compliance requirements are met. Our goal is to save time and reduce liability for our clients by using our knowledge of grant management and administration to help them succeed in improving their communities.
